Day-of Coordination

Two or so months before your wedding, we will meet to chat through the major details (vendors, venues, etc.) you have selected. Approximately one month before your wedding day, we will do a walk through of your ceremony and reception venue(s) and then create a wedding day timeline for you, vendors, and family(s). Two weeks prior to your wedding, I confirm the timeline and details with your vendors and assure they have my contact information. I will manage your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. I am available to assist with pick up, set up and return of personal items to and from your wedding and distribute payments as necessary.
